Mission & Values

We are dedicated to providing innovative programing for teens and young adults through good works, technology, and entrepreneurship to enhance awareness and combat community deterioration and juvenile delinquency. 

Our donations are distributed to all in need, without regard to their race, religion, or background. By doing this we are bridging the gap in areas where many have not embraced the challenges of social injustices and racial inequality. We envision this as a way for people to thrive and build brighter futures for not only themselves but also for the communities in which they live and serve. Thank you for making a concrete difference and helping us to achieve that. 

Our Team

We were founded in 2016, by KaVonte and Michele Carthron, who noticed a rapidly changing and often chaotic digital driven world. They found it was too easy to get distracted and caught up in the day to day requirements of merely surviving and taking care of their young family. With little time to reflect, much less act, on what might be their higher callings they felt incomplete. Searching for something more in life, beyond the daily grind of their jobs — a purpose. Nurtured by their faith and corresponding actions they launched GodWork Foundation to provide an opportunity to serve, and also serve as a reminder that we all have work to do, noble work that is worthy and desperately needed. 

Our team members are thought leaders who have made a significant contribution to our society. Each and every one of them brings a unique set of skills and expertise to our organization.
